Who I am

Bouncingsprout Studio is operated by me and helps people explore whether an idea is worth building, then design and launch software when it is.

Information I collect

When you share an idea through the form, I collect your name, organisation (if provided), email address, budget range, a description of the problem, and how you arrived at the site (including campaign and landing page details). I use this information to review the idea, respond to you, and understand which pages and campaigns are helpful.

How I use your data

I process idea submissions on the basis of legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps. I do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data retention

Idea records are retained for up to 24 months unless a business relationship is established, in which case data is retained as required for that relationship.
