Bouncingsprout Studio

From idea to first users.

A simple process designed to reduce risk before writing lots of code.

Step 1

Share your idea

Purpose

A short conversation to understand the problem you have noticed.

Sometimes the best advice I can give is "don't build this yet." That's a successful first conversation too.

Step 2

Discovery Workshop

£495 (fully credited against your build if you choose to work with Bouncingsprout Studio)

This is where ideas become practical plans.

Together, we'll challenge assumptions, define what the first version should include and identify the fastest route to something people actually want.

During the workshop we'll cover:

  • The problem you're solving
  • Who it is for
  • How people handle it today
  • What the first version should include — and what can wait
  • Technical approach
  • How it might earn its keep
  • Key risks and opportunities
  • Budget expectations and a realistic roadmap

You'll leave with a clear understanding of what to build, what can wait and what your next steps should be.

Many people discover the first version is significantly smaller than they first imagined. That's not a compromise — it's often the fastest path to learning whether the idea is worth pursuing.

If you decide to build with Bouncingsprout Studio, the full £495 is deducted from your final project invoice.

Step 3

Proposal

You'll receive a clear breakdown of:

  • Timeline
  • Budget
  • Milestones
  • Deliverables

No hidden costs.

Step 4

Development

I use AI-assisted development to move quickly — but speed without judgement is dangerous.

AI writes code. I make the decisions.

Architecture, product trade-offs, security and scope all stay in my hands. You get regular demos and direct access throughout.

Step 5

Launch & Iterate

The first version isn't the finish line. It's the beginning.

I'll help you release it to real people, measure what matters, and decide what to build next based on evidence — not assumptions.

Not sure where to start?

Tell me about your idea. I'll tell you honestly whether I think I can help.
